Novel study!
An elephant in the garden What was the climax of the novel? Probably the part near the end when they finish their walk from Dresden and see all the tanks and soldiers, also when Marlene runs away. What were the major things which helped to resolve the plot? When they found peter in the barn and when they came across the house that Hans and the countess owned. Is the novel realistic/believable? Why? I think it sounds realistic because the scene was set in WW2. The events in the book also sound believable because some of those things actually happened. Would you recommend this novel to a friend? Now that I've read the novel, i think i would. Although if i hadn't of read it and just looked at the cover, i wouldn't.
